A Southern California native, Dan earned a B.A. in Social Sciences from California State University Fullerton. Married for 42 years, he has lived in Capistrano Beach since 1976 and has worked at Coldwell Banker’s Dana Point/Capistrano Beach/San Clemente office for more than 38 years.
Dan’s up-to-the-minute knowledge of the marketplace, including neighborhoods, local history and property values draws upon his on-the-ground familiarity with Southern California’s coastal communities as well as his day-in-day-out dedication to honest and reliable service.
